I’m a client at the Garland location. My last two visits was great! The Orthodontists were always great! Very informative and kind. But the two assistants were very welcoming and they both did their jobs throughly, I didn’t have to ask for anything . It was my first time meeting the two ladies. The new crew on Tuesdays Rocks! I now enjoy my appointments.

I was very please with my experience! The Dentist and the dental hygienist made sure I was informed about my oral health. They also, made sure I was comfortable during my exam and cleaning. The front office staff were professional, polite, and accommodating. The dental plan offered made my treatment affordable.

Will never change my dentistry!! Especially this location! I came in today & was welcomed with huge smiles. From both front desk ladies, to the gentleman who did all my x rays. He was beyond sweet with my daughter & myself. To the Dr & the lady who did my cleaning. So informative, beyond amazing! Truly appreciate you all!!

They do have high tech equipment..the offices are nice however beyond that there is honestly no difference from any other accredited dental practice. They set plans based on billing of insurance which seems to be their number one priority and personally I’ve tried opting for less invasive treatments but was rejected. So, whatever they say you need, is going on the treatment plan. Not the best but def not the worst.

As someone mentioned, maybe it’s the chain dentistry culture but I will be finding a private dentist for any additional orthodontic needed. From scheduling/ rescheduling all the way down to staff. It was just inconvenient and did not feel like thorough treatment at all. I was pregnant during a portion of my treatment with Invisalign. At times, it was horribly difficult to try to reschedule appointments even a few weeks in advance. Either certain orthodontists only came to their location once or twice per week or they didn’t have openings. There was a couple of times I even drove to McKinney or Dallas just to get an appointment date that worked better. There were different orthodontists all the time. Certain orthodontists seemed overworked, even flustered at times. I had a bunch of buttons attached to my teeth apparently in not the most ideal locations, and apparently more than usual (according to the orthodontist removing them). It took a while to have them removed when it was time.. longer than the normal time they spend with patients, I’m assuming. the orthodontist was clearly irritated with me for requesting a pause in between due to the slight discomfort and the length of time it was taking. Taking deeps breaths of frustration etc. I just overall feel that my treatment plan was rushed and not thorough. I’m no orthodontic specialist, but Instead of saying, your teeth have straightened appropriately and your treatment is complete, they asked a couple of times towards the end, “ are you ok with how your teeth look?” Looking back, my teeth were not appropriate when the treatment ended because when I look at my removable retainers, you can clearly see where my front tooth is slightly tilted inward, which was was not even like that prior to Invisalign. Then I had permanent retainers placed. I’m not sure where they should normally be placed (upper part of the teeth or lower ) but the lady made a comment saying, “oh your teeth are not flat at the top” so she would have to bond it a bit lower. I thought it would get better, but since placement, it has consistently impacted my speech. In addition, I’m pretty certain that placement of the permanent retainer has made my front tooth tilt inwards even more than it already was at the end of treatment. Im ok with them asking if I was ok with my teeth because that is important, but at the same time, as professionals they should have noticed that my front tooth had a tilt inwards, and that the permanent retainer would possibly only make it worse. Removable aligners never really “secured” into place. When I received them, I told the lady they felt as if they were just sitting in my teeth in a way. Slightly secure, but Not really secure. she told me that’s how they were supposed to fit. I’m currently preparing to find a new orthodontist to fix the issue that I didn’t even have prior to treatment. The only way I will return here for treatment is if they offer to repair the issues free of charge. Or heavily discounted.
