Great community! I'd love to live here. People are friendly and security is doing great work with the exposure of any people who do wrong. I guess criminals would hate living here. I brought my kids to visit their grandma and we had so much fun, the kids bug me to come back every week. The last visit, my girl complained about the broken swing. I'm sure it will be fixed soon. Good thing there are two swings. My son's very passionate about keeping it clean and I am so happy he did not have to clean here, but just enjoys playing basketball with the neighbors' kids. Maybe, I can afford to buy a place here for my mom soon. Because she can walk to the stores here. Thank you for being a great neighborhood! Everyone keep-up your goodness. It's beautiful family neighborhood and close to all needed services.
This is family mobile home area not Senior, but they took all the guest parking around our house for rent month to month . Almost 300 houses but only 6 or 7 guest parking still had around office area ,so now we don't have enough parking for family or friends stop by to visit . Raised space rent every year and now they're making more parking on the walking street for rent .In the future we don't have walking street or playground any more . I am really really regretted to move here
Very well-kept up streets. Recently remodeled Clubhouse, Olympic sized pool and an indoor jacuzzi, as well as the rest rooms and saunas! Large mobile home complex without the crowded unorganized streets. Place for the bigger mobile homes and a nice community.
