I called to book a wash and blowout, and Miguel told me to come in. Once I got there, he started washing my hair and immediately began commenting that it was “so dry” and “so thin,” asking if it was falling out. I thought that was strange because I have a regular hairstylist who consistently compliments how healthy my hair is. When he started blow-drying my hair, I could tell he wasn’t very experienced with curly hair. My hair ended up frizzy after the blowout, which has never happened when my usual stylist does it. I understand that not every stylist has the same techniques, so I wasn’t too upset about that at first. What really bothered me was that he kept asking what shampoo I use and then started telling me their shampoo was on sale. It felt like the negative comments about my hair were leading up to a sales pitch. If the goal was to sell products, criticizing my hair wasn’t the right approach and honestly just made me uncomfortable. To top it off, I explained exactly how I wanted my bangs styled, but he couldn’t get them right. I ended up going home and fixing them myself in less than two minutes. Even though I left disappointed, I still tipped him. Miguel seemed like a nice guy, and I think he’s probably good at styling hair with a curling wand, but the overall experience wasn’t great. The comments about my hair, combined with the attempt to sell products and the final result, left me feeling frustrated.

I am so so so happy with my haircut! I had some hair damage and over all issues with my hair, and I needed a new style to just freshen up for the new year. I saw all the good reviews and how fairly close the salon was, so I booked an appointment. I am so glad I did! I didn’t have to explain too much about what I wanted exactly, I showed the stylist a reference photo I had of the pixie desired and he got it done to the T! He explained what I may need to do to help with my dryness and texture of my hair and was over all very helpful. I bought the product he also recommended! Will definitely be coming back!

Both stylists are amazing! I never got the name of the stylist that did my cut for me but he did exactly what I wanted and explained to me that my hair was damaged from me dying it (recommended me to their very own products that I believe they make it homemade which I will try next time) my overall experience was amazing! I love how friendly and knowledgeable they were and they treated me very kindly. I normally don’t get my hair cut often so I absolutely will be coming back!

Our co-worker recommended this location for my girlfriend, and we have been blown away! For how much time they took making sure everything was perfect, to how friendly the entire staff was, and also treating the love of my life like a princess, I would have gladly paid DOUBLE what they charged us! 10/10, I would highly recommend this salon to anyone I meet!
