Mobile Auto Techs

1st time trying a mobile mechanic service and am happy with the work. I used Mobile Auto techs and I had a complicated thermostat job on an old school Ford Fusion. Rob did a fantastic job in replacing both needed parts meanwhile finding that one of the parts not needing replacement wasn’t required saving me money. I will definitely continue requesting his assistance in car maintenance going forward and mechanical / electrical needs.

Had an emergency with my ignition coils and spark plugs. I tried to do it myself and in the process I broke one of my pigtails that connect to the ignition coils. I called multiple mechanics and no one answered until I called Rob. My phone maybe rang twice and he picked up immediately wanting to help fix my problem. And that’s exactly what he did. Very easy to talk to and work with. Very reasonable prices considering he’s doing this all on his own. Got all the parts I needed within the day and kept me updated through out the day on everything time and price wise. This guy is the real deal and I highly recommend you guys reach out to this guy if you need stuff fixed quickly and efficiently!

DO NOT COME TO THIS GUY!! I was initially quoted $135 for a diagnostic, but after he “looked into it,” the price suddenly jumped to $275 with no clear explanation. That alone was a major red flag. He also claimed and told me he had a shop where the work would be done, which is one of the main reasons I agreed to move forward. It turns out he doesn’t have a shop at all, he was working on cars in a parking lot. Completely misleading me. On top of that, he was never on time. Every appointment we scheduled, he showed up 30 minutes to an hour late. That level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Once I realized I had been misled from the beginning, I asked for my money back. This whole situation felt shady, deceptive, and extremely unprofessional. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration stay away.

Great and honest mechanic. We dropped off our vehicle with no issues, and the repair was done quickly. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. We’ll definitely be using him again.

I had a disappointing experience with this mobile mechanic. I was initially quoted a low price, but once the work started, the cost increased significantly without clear explanation or approval upfront. This felt misleading and put me in a difficult position. Communication was also an issue. When I asked for clarification, the responses came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which made the situation more frustrating. I understand that unexpected issues can come up during repairs, but transparency and respectful communication are essential. Based on my experience, I would not go or recommend this mobile mechanic
