Stay away if you value your money and safety. Asked them to mount and balance both tires on my motorcycle. After 7 hours, they installed the front tire backwards and left the old, rear tire on. I asked them where the new rear tire was and they said they must have put the old one back on by accident and had the new tire in their trunk. They blamed the fact they are training a new person. Okay… So they came back the next day and fixed what I pointed out. I paid them and then the next day I go to ride and I get an error on the display saying the ABS and traction control is messed up. Turns out they installed a sensor mechanism on the wrong side of the wheel when they remounted it. I messaged them to give them a final chance to correct and they left me on read. Three weeks later and here I am writing this review. Photo receipts attached.

Literally called them and had them send some one over to me within 45 minutes. I needed a quick fix for my splash guard. John, helped me and explained to me very clearly what he was going to do and what usually the best practices were. If you are asking for their help, specially after regular hours, be respectful to their after hours fee policy. I called them around 10:30 at night, and had my thing fixed by 11:20. They are open to negotiate based on the job needed to perform.

I needed a serpentine belt replaced and asked how much that would run me. Didn’t tell him I reached out to a few other places and they all quoted me $50-$85 to come do this as I already had the belt and the tools needed to do the job. This guy however saw an opportunity and told me it would be $200 cause it’s a tough job. When I called him on it he stopped responding. Don’t use this guy. He is out for your money and he will take advantage of people who are having a difficult time to line his own pockets.

Ken responds to his text right away. If you are stranded on the road he shows up and fixes it. However give him at least 24 hours to come out. Reasonable prices and saves us the towing expense if you are stuck. Highly recommended
