Sign in to reviewI had an excellent experience here! My car battery needed replacing, but I didn’t know that at the time. I called, he came over to my car, ran a whole bunch of diagnostics. He figured out that the battery went bad, and I needed to replace it. I am telling you, he would not quit until he found me the best price… He called like 4 different shops and finessed a low price for me with a good warranty. I know nothing about cars so he patiently explained everything to me. We went to pick it up, replaced it right there in the parking lot, badaboom badabing and I went on my merry way. And let’s not forget that he dropped me a recommendation for a fiiire Filipino restaurant that was nearby the auto shop.

Scammers! My mother made an appointment for tomorrow, put her card down, and the mechanic called her today and said he actually had time to see her immediately. He came took one look and said he couldn't replace the serpentine belt. Ok. But Then when my mother called to make sure they had canceled the appointment for tomorrow they said they have a policy that if you cancel within 24 hours that they charge 155 which makes no sense because they reach out to her appointment earlier. DO NOT USW THIS SERVICE! GO TO A PLACE WITH INTEGRITY AND COMMON SENSE.
The alternator in my 2008 Jeep had gone out and I had my vehicle towed to my parking spot at my apartment complex and was looking for a mobile mechanic to come switch out the part. I ended up calling the number that I found in Google maps that led me to a company called yourmechanic.com I ended up in a call center where I made an appointment for the following day from mechanic to come by at 11:00 a.m. . At roughly 9:00 a.m. that day I received a text generated by a bot that told me that the mechanic was not going to be able to make it and had canceled my appointment. In that text it provided a link to reschedule the appointment. The problem I had was that the rescheduling date was more than a week in the future and I needed the car on the road before that. I called the call center number again and talk to a young lady who although profusely apologizing could do nothing to solve my problem. I asked the young lady to pass me to a supervisor to see if we couldn't solve the problem and she informed me that a supervisor would contact me between 3 and 72 hours!!! I was preparing to make other arrangements when I received a call from a supervisor named Jennifer. I explained to her my situation and the need for my automobile to get back on the road and she took the extra steps to give me two options for a time and a date and then went to step further to call the actual mechanic explain my situation and assure that he would be there. Arturo, the mechanic, showed up exactly on time got that repair done quickly and got me on the road in less than an hour. I give five stars not because of the original situation but because I understand that things happen even though my situation was still critical. It was the problem solving capabilities of Jennifer and her desire to help that is worth five stars.
He was very rude and when I asked him what's the price for a specific labor I wanted he rudely said I don't have knowledge of mechanics. Well good for you and your knowledge of over charging people for what they don't need!
