Mastering the perfect chewiness of mochi donuts could be tricky, which was why I had higher expectations for Mochinut, a shop that specialized exclusively in mochi donuts. I bought two boxes for a gathering with friends who also love mochi donuts and we all agreed they were okay at best. Mochinut also offered specialty corn dogs and ice cream. Interior was clean, staff friendly.
Such a cute place! The donuts were great. Our kids enjoyed theirs and loved their cheese dogs. The churro donut was a teeny bit dry - a little thicker sauce would have been preferred but overall we enjoyed this place.
What a gem in Frisco! The atmosphere was absolutely adorable, clean, inviting, and full of charm. I stopped in for the gelato and was pleasantly surprised by how authentic it tasted. The flavors were rich, creamy, and reminded me of true Italian-style gelato. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was wonderful from start to finish. Even though I came for the gelato, I’ll definitely be returning to try their mochi doughnuts, which looked amazing. If you’re looking for a cute spot to satisfy your sweet tooth, I highly recommend giving this place a visit!
