Customer feedback suggests that conversations about length and preferred styles are taken seriously. One client said Brittany listened to their request for a trim and blowout that would freshen their hair while keeping its length. Another shared that Ezra delivered the haircut they had in mind. For someone looking for a small refresh, a trim, or a cut that reflects personal preferences, these experiences point to the value of discussing what matters before the service begins.

Natural curls also feature in memorable stories about the salon. One delighted client praised a natural curly cut by Ezra and said their hair looked longer afterward, even though they wanted to keep its length. The client was not ready to dye their hair, but had clip-ins made to match a space-chicken drawing they had created. It is a specific example of a personalized styling idea that did not require changing the color of their own hair. Clients with a creative reference or a clear vision may appreciate having room to explain what they want.

Thoughtful help is another recurring theme. In one review, Stephanie spent close to an hour carefully removing a round brush tangled in a client’s hair, while other team members also came to help. The client described the staff as kind and professional. That account suggests a team willing to support someone through an awkward hair mishap with patience and care. Other reviewers mention feeling welcomed by the employees and enjoying their appointments, including one person who called the salon their new go-to and another who said visits with Ezra make their day.
