They're fluent in both Vietnamese and English. Discovered through word-of-mouth, their service has consistently exceeded expectations. A quick call ahead usually results in immediate attention; the longest wait I've experienced is a mere 5 to 10 minutes.
Fair price for the simple fade haircut that I get. I used to pay 25+ and up plus tips at other barbers recommended to me. But I can just come here and get the same haircut for 10 dollars + tips. I used to get my haircuts from them as a kid when they were still on Tully. Rediscovered them about 2 years ago at the new location and have been coming in ever since (every 2 weeks).
I have been here three times so far and my experience has been good. However, Arlene has cut my hair twice and she is outstanding. I think she’s the most underrated hairstylist in San Jose. I’m not young and I can tell you that she is the best Hairstylist that has ever cut my hair. Even a week after she has cut my hair, I’m still amazed by how good my haircut is. She is the only one that will be cutting my hair for now on! Another plus is that the shop is not super busy. Arlene works every day except Tuesday. As others have said, their price is also very reasonable.
