Of all the companies I've dealt with and bought from, Monarch is the easiest to do business with. Specifically, Heather Skeahan is remarkably honest and helpful. Heather knows her products, always responds quickly to my questions, and helps me arrive at the right coverage, policy and premium. It's hard to find folks like that in the insurance field. I highly recommend her and Monarch.
Decided it was time to shop around and see if I could switch my home and auto insurance since I’m planning on moving to Frisco this fall. After finding a house I really liked and putting an offer in, I started getting quotes and came across Monarch. That’s when I got connected with Ashton. From the first conversation, it never felt like I was just another person asking for a quote. Ashton was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping me figure out the best path forward. She took the time to hear my story, answer every question I had, and explain everything in a way that actually made sense. You can tell she truly cares about the people she works with and isn’t just trying to make a sale. If everything goes according to plan and I end up in my hopefully forever home, there isn’t even a question where my home and auto policies are going. Over the last year, Dion has been a constant source of support as we made our way through a very awkward hit and run accident! She provided us with invaluable information on how to handle the situation and navigate the claim for “deminished value” & depreciation with the offenders insurance company! I was not aware “deminished value” was a thing! Dion warned us the other insurance company would drag their feet to settle with us and…that they have two years to finalize things so we felt educated and prepared! In the end we made a settlement that we felt was fair. We would not have received a penny for the diminished value in our vehicle had Dion not been there with all her advise!!! Thank you Dion, for always being there whenever we had questions or concerns! Your help was truly invaluable to us!!! I highly recommend this agency to everyone!!!
