We've had an excellent experience with Monument Realty. Kristi Davis who we worked with, is great! She was very forthcoming with her expertise and information - regularly providing data/comps and related information, that drove important decisions. With her help we were able to get our home leased within a week of it becoming available. We would gladly recommend anyone else looking for a realtor, to work with her!!

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Patricia Hatfield! From the very beginning, Patty made us feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire home-buying process. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Patty was always incredibly patient, responsive, and willing to explain everything along the way. She truly listened to what we wanted, kept our budget and priorities in mind, and never made us feel pressured. We always felt like she had our best interests at heart, and that gave us so much peace of mind during such a big life decision! Our home buying experience was a long one and having Patty by our side was truly a blessing. Now that we've officially purchased a home, it truly feels like saying goodbye to a friend! We cannot recommend Patty enough!!

My experience with Monument Realty during my new construction home purchase was extremely disappointing and stressful from beginning to end. The issues initially began with my realtor Niyanta Marfatia, due to ongoing communication problems, lack of responsiveness, transaction concerns, and multiple mistakes she made throughout the process both before and after signing the contract. Several issues arose during the transaction that required me to step in directly to help prevent mistakes that could have cost me thousands of dollars on my home. I also handled the negotiation process with the builder myself and coordinated majority of the work on this transaction. After documenting my concerns and attempting to resolve matters professionally and privately, I escalated the situation to brokerage leadership, including her supervisor Ashley Smith and brokers Tiffany Burns and Eddie Burns. Unfortunately, despite providing extensive documentation, timelines, screenshots, emails, and communication history outlining my concerns, I never received direct communication from the brokers themselves. All communication was filtered through Ashley Smith, which made the process feel frustrating, one-sided, and lacking transparency. While Ashley Smith remained in contact with me throughout the process, I ultimately did not feel that my concerns were handled with the professionalism, urgency, transparency, or accountability that I expected from brokerage leadership. Rather than feeling supported as a client making one of the largest financial purchases of my life, I was left feeling exhausted, unheard, and forced to continuously advocate for myself throughout the transaction and escalation process. What disappointed me most was not only the transaction experience itself, but the brokerage’s overall handling of my concerns after escalation. Despite my repeated efforts to resolve the matter professionally and in good faith, I did not feel that Monument Realty genuinely prioritized client care, accountability, or meaningful resolution.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Julia Del Castillo, I must say I have never had a better realtor than her she really does go above and beyond! She made the "very tedious and exhausting" house buying process SO easy! I loved that she gave her input at every house we saw she truly cares about what homes she is putting people in, she does her research on these houses and areas, she also gave us so much information and things to do to help us save money like home insurance and other home expenses. I would recommend Julia to anyone and everyone that I know the service she provides is 10/10.
