With a 5-star rating from 144 reviews, Motor Medicine has earned praise for professional service, clear communication, and repairs that address the problem at hand.

Customer experiences describe a practical, collaborative approach to vehicle care. Neil is praised for sharing his knowledge and working with customers to choose an appropriate course for repairs and maintenance. That kind of conversation can be especially helpful when deciding whether to continue maintaining an older vehicle or consider replacing it. One CR-V owner described weighing those options before choosing to keep a much-loved car on the road. Rather than treating every repair as a one-size-fits-all decision, the feedback points to a shop that helps customers understand their choices.

The work mentioned in reviews includes aftermarket brake rotors and pads, bumper trim on an Acura RDX, strut replacement, and front brake repairs. Customers also describe Neil diagnosing a persistent air-conditioning problem on an Acura RSX Type S after two other independent shops had not identified the cause. The review says the A/C was blowing cold again after the repair. In another instance, a rear brake concern was brought to the customer’s attention. These examples reflect the Honda and Acura repair focus, along with attention to related issues that may matter for safe, dependable driving.

Reviews also highlight professional follow-through and timely work. One customer appreciated receiving a quote, having the repair completed as discussed, and finding that the vehicle handled properly afterward. Neil and Autumn are both described as wonderful to work with, and one reviewer said the experience felt better than working with a dealership. Customers seeking a more personal, direct conversation about their vehicle may value that emphasis on cooperation and clear recommendations. The experiences shared are customer reports, but together they offer useful context for drivers comparing local repair options.
