Motorized Solutions is an auto repair shop at 2700 W 38th Ave, Denver, CO 80211, serving drivers in Denver, Colorado. It is a local option for people looking for help assessing vehicle problems, discussing repair options, or arranging a specific installation. Customer reviews mention work involving front-end noises, check-engine lights, electrical problems, and a third brake light on a truck topper. These examples offer a useful picture of the kinds of concerns customers have brought to the shop, without suggesting that every repair or vehicle service is available in every case.
Customers describe both welcoming interactions and mixed repair experiences. Several reviews praise friendly staff and attentive customer service, including a visit to discuss a Honda’s check-engine lights and possible next steps. Another customer says the shop installed a third brake light in an F-150 truck topper, noting that the installation was challenging and that the team persevered. A reviewer with a recurring electrical issue in a 2016 Honda Odyssey also describes a more helpful experience after two other shops had not resolved the problem. These accounts point to communication and follow-through as meaningful parts of the customer experience.
There is also critical feedback worth considering. One reviewer reports paying about $1,800 for recommended work on worn upper control arms after agreeing to an approximately $200 diagnosis, and says the repair did not resolve the original clunks and groans. That account reflects one customer’s experience, but it is a reminder to ask what a diagnosis includes, confirm the proposed work and total cost before authorizing repairs, and clarify how the shop will handle a problem that remains afterward. The available reviews are not uniformly positive, so drivers may find it useful to discuss their concerns directly before deciding.
Motorized Solutions may be worth contacting if you are in Denver and need to talk through an automotive concern, including a warning light, an electrical issue, a front-end noise, or an installation similar to the topper brake light described by a customer. Bring a clear description of the symptoms, when they occur, and any previous diagnostic or repair information. Ask about the process, expected cost, and timing for your specific vehicle; the customer reviews provide examples, not a guarantee of a particular result or service.
The shop is listed as open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and closed Saturday and Sunday. Its listed rating is 4.7 from 334 reviews, alongside the positive and negative experiences described above. For drivers comparing auto repair shops in Denver, that combination of review volume, specific customer accounts, and clearly listed weekday hours can help inform a conversation. Contact Motorized Solutions directly to confirm availability, discuss your vehicle’s needs, and verify current hours before visiting.

Short Version: Bad diagnosis and charged me $1800 for something that didn't fix my issue. Scummy resolution. Avoid this shop. Brought my car in for some clunks and groans from the front end. Agreed to pay about $200 for diagnosis and they get back to me and say the upper control arms are worn and need replacement, will cost $1800. Ouch but I agree to let them proceed. They work on it a couple days and I go to pick it up and I can't even get out of the parking spot without noticing the exact same noise I brought it in for. I round the block to be sure and take it right back to let them know they didn't fix the issue. They take the car back, re-diagnose, and let me know the actual issue is my strut, engine mounts, torn CV axle boot, and transmission mounts. I tell them I am displeased because I paid for diagnosis and they didn't diagnose 80% of the issues before I agreed to pay them $1800 for what they told me would fix the problem. They say they want to make it right by giving me the pleasure of only paying $1200 MORE to fix the issues they identified on the second diagnosis (except the strut because that is under warranty elsewhere). I tell them that's not gonna work either. They then say they can replace the motor mounts on them to "make it right". They take the car for another few days and then let me know they usually replace the motor mounts in pairs, but they only did one because that would be enough to fix one of the noises for now, but recommended I replace the other one soon. I ask why they didn't do both, and they state they only wanted to get rid of the noise. Basically they did the absolute bare minimum they could to "make it right" enough to get me to go away. They won't have to worry about seeing me again - never going back. Don't go here, they don't know how to find issues and they will jam you up if you try to get it resolved. +1 star for halfway fixing the motor mount issue. Would have been 5 stars if they'd just refunded me the control arm labor and diagnosis fee like a reputable shop would if they messed up the diagnosis like this.
Fantastic service at Motorized Solutions in Denver. They installed the third brake light into my F150 truck topper. Wasn’t easy but they persevered and made another “happy customer”. Thanks MS.
I came in this morning, and they did an excellent job. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff was friendly. They have all the right tools and equipment to handle whatever you need. I highly recommend this place
We were so well greeted (on the phones and in person). We live just a few blocks away, my daughter was having problems with her check engine lights on her Honda and what best to do, they welcomed us to quickly asses options and gave us a …
I had a really frustrating electrical issue with my 2016 Honda Odyssey that two other shops couldn’t figure out. I spent time and money with no real answers, and the problem just kept coming back. Then I took it to Motorized Solutions, and the experience was completely different. Holly took the time to listen to everything I was dealing with and answered all my questions without rushing me. She was super helpful and actually made me feel confident that they understood the issue. The team was able to properly diagnose and fix the problem when no one else could. Since getting it back, everything has been working perfectly with no more electrical issues. I really appreciate the honesty, communication, and professionalism. I highly recommend Motorized Solutions to anyone dealing with tough or hard-to-diagnose problems—they definitely know what they’re doing.
