UPDATE: 3 star to 1 star review. I received a letter saying I was terminated from treatment. This place is such a joke. The patient’s best interest is not even a thought for the owners of this dentist office. Other reviewers were not wrong about the front desk associate. He was not helpful or friendly. He was noticeably nicer and more patient with male patients. They do not tell you to bring any documents or have information ready prior to the appointment. I made the appointment so long ago that if they did mention it then, I have forgotten. It took me about 15 minutes to pull up my information on my phone and fill out the form. I waited another 30 minutes before being told I would be helped shortly. During that 30 minutes, a father and daughter arrived. Like me, they did not have their insurance information prepared. They were unable to be seen. After they left, the front desk associate made a comment about how he would NEVER go to a doctor’s appointment without his information prepared. I found this to be incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I was sitting not 3 feet away from him as he made a cheeky comment regarding an issue I was dealing with not too long before that. While I understand it may be irritating to deal with the same issues everyday, patients (and especially new patients) are not to be blamed. Dentist themselves were fine. They were knowledgeable. I wish I didn’t have to go to this place but they accept my insurance. They use way too much AI for my personal taste. There is no way to get in touch with a human over the phone. The dystopian consequences of AI are extremely apparent at this dentist office. :(

I became a patient about a year ago. They were referred through my new plan and I've been very happy with my experience. Having come from having the same dentist through my work experience, embraced the change. Prior to meeting this group I had gone to another dentist (before finding out I needed to go here) and that dentist told me all these things I needed. I was skeptical until I heard the same thing from Dr. Almajdalani. Oh and a good friend of mine and her son also told me good things. These things hadn't really been mentioned from my former, long-term dentist. So change is good. I've followed through with everything they suggested and one had to be done sooner than planned (thanks to a soft caramel). On that occasion they were able to get me in quicker. Everyone is nice and helpful. I've read reviews that talk about pricing changing and I haven't seen that and I know insurance companies can be tricky it deal with.

I’ve had consistently great experiences at this dental office. The entire team is genuinely friendly and welcoming and the office is always spotless and well maintained. Dr. Almajdalani is very personable, knowledgeable and clearly experienced. He takes the time to explain things in a way that feels reassuring and straightforward. I just learned that he's had his practice for over 31 years! And the super friendly dental assistant that was working on me today said that she's been working there for 29 years! That says a lot about this place! The location is also a huge, plenty of free street parking and I’ve never had an issue finding a spot. Appointments run on time, I’m usually seen right when my scheduled time starts and everything is handled efficiently with really clean, high-quality work. Highly recommend.

I recently had an implant procedure, and the experience was excellent. The team was so welcoming, and Dr. Mouhannad explained everything in detail before and during the process. I felt well cared for and confident throughout the entire treatment. Truly professional service.
