I’m honestly blown away! Called in and booked an appointment with Austin and worked through the details around servicing my Audi S3 8V. The amount of maintenance that needed to be done was a laundry list (definitely my fault for the neglect). I was told from a couple previous Audi/VW shops of items that needed to be done, but Mtech came in with their knowledge and reassured me of what actually needed to be completed…and it saved me thousands. Huge shout out to Luis and Matt who worked on my car! They showed me around what they were working on and things that I should look out for in the future. I had dropped my car off Monday afternoon and they had it ready to go Wednesday afternoon! I was personally expecting it to be done Thursday or Friday from the list of maintenance that needed to be completed! If you’re looking for a new Audi/VW shop who have years worth of experience, fair with their prices, and trustworthy; I couldn’t recommend a better shop!

I own a 2012 Audi A3 with a DSG transmission, and I've been facing issues like rough clutch engagement, clacking, and rough starts in first gear. Recently, it threw a P2711 code, indicating unexpected gear disengagement. Talking to Matt, it was clear he's highly knowledgeable about these vehicles. He even highlighted a TSB perfectly addressing my problems. We both agreed the clutch was an issue, and he also pointed out potential trouble with the flywheel due to unusual noises. After ordering parts, scheduling, and Matt performing the work, my car now runs smoothly without clacking sounds or shifting problems. I initially thought those sounds were normal for DSG, but now I realize something serious was wrong. Matt went the extra mile by fitting in an oil change. Additionally, he addressed other issues, fixing my faulty interior door handle, crafting a pin for my car key, and replacing my faulty brake bulbs at no charge. All the mechanics are genuine mechanics, not service/dealer techs. They’re all passionate about VW/Audi cars and it shows. They’ll talk to you about pricing, help you plan out builds, even show you what they’ve got going with other large projects. I cannot recommend Mtech enough! Only problem now is you have to call ahead due to then being so busy (a side effect of being so fantastic) Definitely give them a call!
