Do not do business with this company especially Renee. I requested and cancellation and refund on 12/17 and was told I would be followed up with the following day after it was cancelled, 2 months later after dodging texts and emails I am being told that I can get only a travel credit due to the type of travel insurance that she chose. Renee still never followed up with me herself, she had someone else from her office. I still have never been sent a cancellation confirmation or details on said credit so I am out almost $7000. She is a fraud and a crook! (Update 5 mins after posting this I get an email with a travel credit, my trip was cancelled on 1/7 but requested on 12/17, no follow up, no refund, a travel credit so they can still collect a commission when I re book)

We met Carlos 2 years ago at the resort we vacationed at again this year!! He has been our travel agent ever since!! He gets back to me with any questions I may have, and always gets us the best price with the most amenities!! I would recommend this travel agency hands down!! 100% satisfied!!! Carlos is the best!!!

Not the best experience. He sells vacation packages throu United, if any problem arises he won’t be able to solve them regardless of the issue , you are better off booking directly to United. Booked trip to Dominican Republic with him, We were running a bit late the day of our flight, we could have got in our plane; however , we found out at the last minute that we were suppose to have filled out a form before boarding towards DR. It took a while for a family of 6 to fill it out, by the time we finished our flight was gone. Agent could have advised us regarding form; for he travels often to DR., but according to him it was all our fault. Our flight was delayed 3 days; adding to that when we arrive to resort we found out our visit was not expected, I tried calling my agent but no response, long story short after talking to hotel manager we were able to stay in resort , but my kids had to stays in a room far away from us. On top of that , at DR, we booked some excursions with this person highly recommended by Mundo Travels, who was so unprofessional and promised services he was not able to fulfill for the money we paid. Not a good experienced over all. We are still waiting on a refund from United since we lost 3 days of resort days due to a form that United requested prior to boarding, a form that could have been filled out upon arrival. Not a good experience over all.

Best Agency & team around... Dealing with them since 1980 and getting better as the days go by. People contacted them from far away because they are trustworthy. Thank you for been there helping people in so many ways :)
