My DFW Dentist, Dr. Vanessa Williams

If you are apprehensive about dental work, Dr. Williams is the dentist for you! She has the lightest of touches and won’t proceed until you are completely comfortable and numb. If issues arise after you go home, she is always helpful and accommodating to get you back on track. Unfortunately, I’ve broken many temporary crowns and Dr. Williams has always made the time to fix me right up. Everyone needs a good dentist and I was fortunate enough to be introduced to her. She made me a dental plan to fix all of my issues but let me proceed at a pace that I was comfortable with. Give Dr. Williams a try and you will not be disappointed!

This dental office is not empathetic on any level. I had an appointment for a root canal and was a no call no show on 2/28 due to my mother passing away I was a wreck! Fast forward I received a text on 4/16 advising it’s been a while since we’ve seen you and asked if I wanted to be seen for a cleaning. I responded and advised alot had gone on as to why I didn’t show up to my last appointment but would like to reschedule for my root canal…got everything set up after providing release form from my OB since I’m pregnant…today I drive a hour to get to my appointment and took the express lanes just to be told I had to pay a $75 no show fee. Not once was this told when they reached out to me to reschedule. So I declined the appointment and expressed that I understood the fee but with the circumstances I definitely wasn’t thinking about calling to cancel. I get to work and receive a text from them advising that they have added another $75 fee for canceling my appointment. They only care about your money please take your hard earned money somewhere else

I had a cavity for many years several doctors would not treat me due to my anxiety. But she provided me with a filling with such gentle care using nitrous and her extreme patience. I left her office with such a Great experience. I truly have found the Best Dentist in the DFW! Her staff are so welcoming and nice too.

I always have a great experience at My DFW Dentist! Thu is absolutely the BEST dental hygienist. She is very thorough and super sweet. I took my 21 month old for his "happy visit" today. She and Dr. Williams made sure it was a great first experience for him at the dentist. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Williams today. We are sad to see Dr. Seznik retire, but she chose a great dentist to take over the business!

Best Dentist that I have ever had, she is very social and informative, down to earth, friendly and very welcoming. Customer Service is top of the line, my experience has been awesome when I visit my Dentist. I have officially adopted her, I will not go anywhere else as long as I'm in this area. My teeth look immaculate! I would share my before and after pictures, but there is no way that I can do so on this review. Thanks Dr.D!
