Patrick is clearly very talented and professional. He took the time to truly listen to our concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure he understood exactly what we wanted. We never felt rushed at any point — he worked with care and attention to detail. What really stood out was his professional advice and honest opinions. He didn’t just do what we asked; he guided us with his expertise, explaining what would work best for our hair type and style goals. That level of care and confidence is rare. The results exceeded our expectations. We left feeling great and appreciated the respectful, relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking for quality work and true professionalism.
I found this hair salon via yelp and was really impressed by the digital perms. I had been looking for a Korean digital perm that would resemble barrel curls, as I like really big and bouncy hair, but I'm too lazy to do it myself. Booking the appointment was very easy, I texted Patrick's number and the response was very quick. I even changed the appointment time to be much later in the day, and they were very accommodating. My perm took just under 4ish hours, Pinky and her assistant took care of me carefully. Even though there was a language barrier (I'm Korean and don't speak any Viet), Patrick was able to explain to me the necessary care info about my perm and answered all of my questions. Pricing was very fair, and considering my hair is expected to last a whole year I am very happy about it (although I am sad I don't have much of a reason to come back sooner). I have been burned by many salons before, but I was very pleased every step of the way with My Hair Salon. I would pick this salon over any other salon for a digital perms any day. They were also kind enough to have given me two hair clips (two because I have a lot of hair) for when I need to sleep (per their care instructions on their Instagram). They take Zelle and cash (embarrassingly I did not bring cash, and so Zelle is how I paid). I could not recommend more, and will hopefully give an update as my perm progresses
I love my experience here, this is my first time going and I personally love the hair stylist, her name is Pinky. She is super sweet, friendly, kind. Very amazing of her work, I love how she made it looks so naturally beautiful. Thank you so much Pinky!
One of the best experiences I’ve had at a hair salon. I’ve tried many hair salons and am very particular about my hair to the point where there are periods I would rather grow out my hair. Decided to try this place even though it’s a 3 hour drive from where I am from, but I am so happy that I did. I have finally found my go to hair salon. I showed her several photos of what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. The outcome looks way better than the photos I showed her. Her expertise, professionalism and customer service is 💯
