Sign in to reviewHonestly, just horrible. Ask for the male worker and not the old ladies, they don't take their time cutting your hair. Their low prices reflect their work. It's like the manager hired anyone who wasn't able to get jobs anywhere else. I asked for a trim, and they chopped off like 3 inches. Mind you, my hair is medium length, and I don't want it shorter; my hair was just dead and needed a trim. I also had layers, which they cut so unevenly or didn't even trim at all. Super terrible, don't recommend.
this should be a crime. this was my second time ever going here. the first time, it was great- good hair wash and the haircut was what i wanted. however, there was unfamiliar female hairdresser with long eyebrows who was on the phone the entire time of this session with both her EARBUDS IN, and just started to spray water on my hair. no hair wash? thats fine. she didnt even ask ME, the person who was getting their hair cut, how much to cut but asked my PARENT. i specifically stated what i wanted- a trim and even my parent specifically TOLD THEM. I used to have an outgrown/LONG V-shaped wolfcut with face trims, now i have a SHORT U-shaped with what she called “layers”. i thought it would look better once it was styled- oh boy, i was wrong. i clearly told her i wasn’t satisfied and she offered to “fix” it. there was NO texture in my hair, it looks CHOPPED. there was no way on earth to fix this diabolical haircut with the short amount of hair. i walked out of there without making a single eye contact. the moment i was out of the salon, i started SOBBING. i thought it was some kind if joke- never thought in my life i would cry because of a hair cut. my parent came out a bit later and told me the lady suggest to her make an appointment with the MANAGER bc kids tend to have vision with their hair- not sure if that was an excuse of the bad haircut. 🤷♀️ what i am sure is that im never coming back. yes, its cheap ($16). but at what cost? i think im going to buy hair extensions. if you do plan to go to here, ask for the MALE hairdresser. if theres no male available, leave.
Chi My Ngoc is the only person I trust with my hair! She is detailed and very thorough - from wash, cut, to blow dry. In the years I’ve been here, she has given me classic as well as trendy cuts. She is super super genuine and really cares about her customers ; it is always nice speaking with her. It’s also fun to hang out with the community while you wait :)
This is place is amazing. They wash your hair after they cut your hair. They sometimes even wash your hair before and after the hair cut. The prices are beyond affordable and the haircut comes out professional and clean cut. They've been in business for over 3 decades.
Won’t come again. A lady cut my hair careless. Terrible! She also got into an argument with a colleague while cutting my hair.
