My wait was longer than usual but I love the fact that someone came out and checked on me and apologized for the wait, secondly the office manager she’s a young Hispanic lady she was nice enough to take me to a private room to explain the difference in the visits that my insurance cover, lastly Mrs Keisha called me to the back took my vitals, explained everything to me and seated me in the room, she was very patient and nice with me doing my examine and urine sample. I recommend this location to you guys this CHN have a great team. Also Dr Abagal was awesome. I love the whole team.

I had such a wonderful experience at this community health center. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist at the front welcomed me with kindness and made me feel like family. The nurse, the gentleman who drew my blood, and the doctor I saw were all so caring and attentive. Everyone made me feel comfortable, calm, and truly cared for. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve. I’m so grateful I came in today, this place is truly special.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for Dr. Gainey. Before my appointment, I was honestly so nervous and embarrassed about my gingivitis. From the moment I walked into the room, she made me feel completely comfortable, more than I expected. She was so kind, patient, and never made me feel judged. If anything, she definitely made me more comfortable. She took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and made me feel like she truly cared about me as a patient. She also has a way of relating to her patients that made me feel understood, and that honestly made me feel so much better about myself. What amazed me the most was how quickly my gums improved after following her recommendations. Within just a few days, my gingivitis had improved so much, and I couldn’t believe the difference. She didn’t just help my teeth, she completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. I left that appointment feeling confident instead of embarrassed. I’ve only had one appointment with Dr. Gainey, but it was enough for me to know I’ll be coming back. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients, I couldn’t recommend Dr. Gainey more. Thank you for making such a positive impact on my oral health and my confidence!

I had a really great experience today with my OBGYN provider, Tristen Rose, and medical assistant, Kailey. They were both incredibly caring, patient, and professional throughout my visit. Getting lab work done can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Tristen took the time to listen and made sure all of my concerns were addressed, which I truly appreciated. Kailey was also very kind and gentle during the lab work, making sure I was okay every step of the way. Their teamwork and positive attitudes really stood out. I’m grateful to have providers who genuinely care about their patients and go the extra mile to make you feel at ease. Thank you both for your support today!
