Absolutely delicious hotpot with incredible variety! I had an amazing meal at this hotpot restaurant. The broths are super flavorful — rich and perfectly balanced. What impressed me most is the huge variety of ingredients: fresh meat, seafood, vegetables, and all kinds of special items. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. The service was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant has a lively, fun atmosphere. Perfect for families or gatherings with friends. Highly recommend this place if you love hotpot — I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

First visit and arrived just minutes after it opened. The food was good. They really need to lable the sauces better. I thought the tables were a bit small or maybe the set up was just off. It felt crowded, especially if empty plates are not picked up regularly. There did seem to be some things missing from the buffet area, but we were the first ones there. We had small benches to sit on, we were split 50/50 on comfort. There was a basket next to the table, I think it's for bags/purses? Not sure, staff didn't explain much expect how to order. If you are new to hotpot, this is a good place to try various broths.

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt cozy, modern, and super inviting with beautiful Asian-inspired decor, warm lighting, hanging lanterns, and such a fun lively atmosphere perfect for date nights, family dinners, or group outings. The restaurant itself is stunning and feels very clean and organized, especially the sauce station and fresh ingredient displays. The food quality here was honestly impressive. We loved the split hot pot broth options because you get to experience both flavors at once. The spicy broth had the perfect amount of heat and rich flavor, while the creamy broth was comforting and packed with flavor. The fresh seafood presentation was gorgeous the shrimp, mussels, and clams tasted incredibly fresh and paired perfectly with the broths. The sliced beef cooked beautifully in the hot pot and was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Even the ramen noodles absorbed the broth perfectly and became one of our favorite parts of the meal. The corn, vegetables, and add-ons made the entire experience feel customizable and fun. One thing that really stood out was the staff and service. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and patient explaining the menu and how everything works. They consistently checked on the table, refilled items quickly, and made the experience feel welcoming from start to finish. You can tell the team genuinely cares about customer experience. We also loved the small details throughout the restaurant like the panda decor, beautiful interior design, and aesthetic presentation of every dish. Everything feels very Instagram-worthy while still delivering amazing flavor and quality. Overall, Nan Hot Pot is definitely one of the top places for hot pot in Plano, Texas. If you love authentic hot pot, fresh ingredients, flavorful broths, and a beautiful dining experience, this place is a must-visit. We’ll absolutely be coming back again.

Yummy hotpot! Chen was an amazing server. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! Chen deserves a raise! Brian, however….could use some more training. He took too long cooking the food. Would come back… for Chen!
