First time I came here was back in 2025. I did not have any problem. The workers were friendly and they do an "okay job" (not the best) but you were able to get a haircut for a fair price. After this experience, to be honest I went here one more time because it was the most convenient for a few of my family members. Recently in 2026 was my third time and they scam me and one of my family members. Before I get into the whole scam situation, the red flag that I wish I knew was that they weren't welcoming at all. We stood at the door about a good five minute waiting for assistant and everyone acted like they didn't see us. Another thing that really bothered me is how they talk smack in Vietnamese about their customer, thinking that some of us would not understand. Also I noticed when a Vietnamese person walk in to get a haircut they're completely dead silent and only talk about important things.These people do not care about you at all. The whole scam was that they never want to discussed pricing at the beginning and do all they can to avoid that interaction. Then at the end they ended up charging me a lot more than what it is supposed to be. The haircut was so bad, literally nothing that I ask for. The scam with a family member was worst. I'm not going to go in detail or be specific with this one because I'm trying to be anonymous towards the store owners but basically it was supposed to be a $40 worth hair procedure. They did something that was horrific to the hair, mess up the procedure and instead of taking the responsibility or apologizing, (which they never did by the way) instead, they attempt to charge extra for those accident procedures they did. They have this terrible ideology that they can charge us for a procedure we never ask them to do and try to say we owe them for using up their products. This nearly sum up to $300 which was so unethical and deceitful. On the last note, the tools are not clean and overall it is so unhygienic there. Please trust these honest reviews and never waste your time or money.

I been to this place a couple times and it turned out to be a decent haircut until today when they cut my hair way too short. We asked for the desired hair style twice and they complied but proceeds to cut the hair even shorter than our previous stylist. Didn't even match the reference photo that we showed to them. We were very angry on the way back on how they styled the hair making the bangs way too short. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED OF THIS PLACE!

I keep going back to this place expecting a different outcome because i have gotten good haircuts here before but it seems like every-time i go they cut entirely too much of my hair. Today i went in for a split end cut i told her to cut almost nothing and somehow came out with super short and choppy hair which makes me sad because i even tipped and gave her the benefit of the doubt. Only to get back to my car to cry as I have in the past and try to grow my hair back out. Super disappointed I feel stripped of my confidence I received layers without asking so my hair is super puffy I leave for a trip tomorrow and im devastated.

I went for brows. I clearly said thread and tint. I lean back, close my eyes, and I feel warm wax, quickly followed by a strip. Stuck, I had to let her finish. Another woman walks in ask how much (in English) for a pedicure. The woman working with me replied $30. At this point she cut my brows to nothing and cut notches in one brow. Done at this point I ask again about tint and then I say color. She says you want color now? So I just left. I world give less or negative stars if I could.

I have gone to many Hair Salon and for the majority of them they always butcher my hair. so when I went to Nancy salon I sort of anticipate another butcher session However Minh did a wonderful job of cutting my hair, and I am very pleased. highly recommend
