Do NOT work with Natalie Robinson!! She is the most unprofessional human being on earth I have ever come across. I originally hired her for apartment search and this lead to a home sale with horrible experience, little to no communication. Did not show us a single home just sat back and let the home build seller do all of the work and take credit. She was temporarily fired during the USDA shut down as she failed to be informative with all updates and got so upset that she harassed with threats and emails stating she will sue you and not just stopped there but somehow thought it would be a great idea to go on her social media page and post a story about it and advise all her future clients not to even talk to her unless they have good credit or money saved in the bank because you are just wanting to hit on her if you don’t qualify for a home. She will so desperate to sell she was fine with lying on the process and accessing credit repost accounts with no authorization from the owner to dispute things for you risking the closing of a sale. She has no experience selling homes she might help you with apartments as that’s all she is good at and has very little homes sold. She will lie to you about her referral gift cards will reach out and ask for a closing gift wish list and when you tell her what you want and she agrees she will not come thru with her word. She owes us a 58 inch tv and a $50 gift card and lied and changed dates to provide this stating she’s out of town for a month. Oh and she will show up to closing day with her mom like the first day of School. She used being medicated off pain killers as a excuse to cancel important meet up dates and why she does not communicate well. NB Elite should be ashamed of having such character represent them. She calls her self Natalie Banks on social media but she really is broke and could not afford a closing gift or nice presentation that day to value you as a client. Natalie you owe us some stuff and can have it delivered to the home you for paid for, thank you!!! If someone knows her tell her she owes her clients money and a TV!! Stay away from this agent and save yourself a embarrassment!!!!

Signed up with NB Elite Realty in 2024. Earned commission for a sale which resulted in a 1099. I REPEATEDLY emailed them requesting my 1099 form although I was told by Petrusa Mitrovic that it would be completed last Monday. I informed them that I would submit a complaint to TREC and to the IRS for failing to provide my 1099. They responded with an email. I finally received a 1099 form that was not accurate. I emailed them again and Petrusa responded by adding DHI to the email that had my W9 attached with my social security number and other personal details. Definitely reporting these people, they couldn't take a moment to explain the 1099 mishap. They shared my personal information without my consent in an email I sent to them for one purpose. There was no reason for them to provide me with inaccurate information. I provided my closing documents to them in January 2024 and the broker Nebo signed the forms so the seller could apply my commission to the closing. I also provided them with the same information today.

Really enjoyed working with realtor Natalie Robinson she was very quick when responding & saved me a lot of time on my apartment search. Not only did she find me a great deal on a brand new apartment she even got me a month free. I would highly recommend working with this company!
