About

Neighborhood Real Estate is listed on FindALoco in Philadelphia, PA with address, phone, hours, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Real Estate Agency.

Neighborhood Real Estate is a real estate agency at 2601 E Allegheny Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134, serving people navigating home purchases and sales in Philadelphia and beyond. Customer accounts describe help with selling a home, finding a home, and purchasing a shore house, so the agency may be relevant whether you are preparing to list a property or beginning a search. If you are comparing real estate agencies in Philadelphia, its East Allegheny Avenue location provides a concrete starting point for asking about your goals, the services available, and which agent may be the right fit.

Reviews describe differing experiences with individual agents. One seller praised Mike Fasone for professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, communication, and support through the sale. Another customer said Leah worked hard to help find a shore house, answered calls beyond standard business hours, and offered candid opinions. These accounts suggest that some clients value personal guidance and an agent who stays engaged through important decisions. As with any agency, your experience will depend on the agent, the transaction, and the communication expectations you establish together.

Feedback is not uniformly positive. Other reviewers raise concerns about responsiveness, how a transaction was handled near settlement, and a tenant-related interaction. The overall rating is 3.8 out of 5 from 14 reviews, reflecting a range of opinions rather than a guarantee of any particular outcome. Prospective clients can use those reviews as context and ask direct questions before proceeding: who will handle the day-to-day work, how quickly the team typically responds, what happens if a closing date changes, and how concerns are addressed. Clear expectations can help you assess whether the agency's approach suits your needs.

Neighborhood Real Estate is listed as open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and closed Saturday and Sunday. Customers describe receiving calls outside those posted hours in some cases, but availability can vary, so contact the agency to confirm current office hours and arrange a conversation. For buyers and sellers seeking a real estate agency in Philadelphia, PA, the most useful next step is to discuss your property, timeline, and priorities with the agent who would represent you. That conversation can help clarify the process and whether Neighborhood Real Estate is a good match for your transaction.

We cannot recommend Mike Fasone highly enough! From the very beginning, Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and completely dedicated to helping us sell our home. What truly set him apart was his willingness to go above and beyond every step of the way. His attention to detail, strong communication, and commitment to his clients gave us confidence during what could have been a very stressful experience. Thanks to Mike's expertise and hard work, our home sold successfully, and we felt supported from start to finish. If you're looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about his clients and will do whatever it takes to help them achieve their goals, Mike Fasone is the person to call. Thank you, Mike, for everything you did for our family!

We used Leah to find out forever shore house and she worked day and night for us. She even answered our calls on Sundays and holidays. Leah made us feel like family and gave us her honest opinion about everything. Because of her we are now enjoying our summer in our new shore house! We can't thank her enough!

Buyers AND sellers beware. I was selling my property and the buyers realtor was Erin with Neighborhood Real Estate. Day of settlement, less than 2 hours before, I was notified that issues came up. I was asked to delay closing a few weeks. No big deal as issues arise. With the second closing date arriving, Erin was non responsive by not answering phone calls or emails. Completely unprofessional leaving me in the wind. Second closing comes and just like the first, it was cancelled hours before. They ask for another extension. At this point I did not want to pull out, re list and wait 6-8 more weeks to sell because I had already purchased another house, so I gave them a third chance. Days before the 3rd closing date, no communication from NRE yet again. No phone calls or emails returned. Nothing. At this point, I had to pull out from this deal after 3 chances. In summary, due to the incompetence of Erin at NRE, my life was put on hold for months.

I’ve used NRE a few years ago when Ryan first opened it and I can not believe the decline in the business in only a few years. Majority of the realtors here do this as a “side job” so they really couldn’t care less how quickly they return …
