His knowledge and treatment plan were excellent, and he took the time to really explain everything without ever making us feel rushed. One other orthodontist had recommended an appliance that, after Dr. Nelson walked us through it in detail, wasn’t actually necessary for my son—something we really appreciated his honesty about. There was zero pressure to upsell, and the whole experience felt genuine from start to finish—plus, the ice cream at the end was a fun bonus. We’re so glad we chose Nelson Orthodontics over the bigger-name offices that see so many patients at once.

I came today for my daughter's consultation and we had a great experience. The office is very clean, the staff is very friendly and the doctor spend time explaining the process. I didn't feel pressured or rushed at any time. My daughter felt also very relaxed. We will start her treatment very soon.
