They respond quickly and provide services like staging, working with the HOA, help with moving and even arranging shipping containers. Because I am out of state, they cleaned and checked on the condo regularly. They were understanding of intricacies of dealing with property and selling from out of state. They provided wise guidance in navigating multiple offers, answering my questions and explaining things clearly. I am so grateful for their expertise, assistance and kindness through the whole process of selling my mom's condo. I recommend them highly!
