Nevada Medicare

I originally called with what I thought was just a quick question about coverage, and Cherry was able to assist me immediately. I had no idea I was about to get a full lesson in Medicare and all of my options! Cherry made everything easy to understand and immediately went to work making sure I was fully covered during a major life change. I quickly realized how much I didn’t know, and I am incredibly thankful for the guidance and support she gave me. We were waiting for termination of coverage from my previous insurance before I could complete my future application, and because of the tight timeline, Cherry even took care of everything while she was on her own vacation. That level of dedication and customer service is truly exceptional. Cherry was extremely personal and we shared a great deal of information and I feel like I was talking to a friend. Sometimes in life an angel appears just when you need one. Such was my super good fortune when l connected with May Crawford seemingly by miraculous chance when the phone number of Nevada Medicare came across my computer screen. May immediately gave me her full attention as I explained my challenge of desperately needing to transition quickly into a new lower cost medigap policy. Time was of the essence and it was running woefully short. My Medicare broker was nowhere to be found and my own due diligence efforts resulted in frustrating dead ends. May asked all the right questions, dove into the market for the plan l wanted to be in, and found a viable company with an attractive premium. She kept me closely informed of the process and progress of her efforts to obtain the application from the company. Despite a national holiday it only took her a few days to get it and we filled it out together over the phone. She submitted the application and very thoroughly explained the approval process. The next day the company emailed me to confirm the accuracy of the application, and the following day l was approved. Now I can leave tomorrow on my extended out of the country vacation with no concern about a new cost effective medigap policy under my desired plan. And now May has a new client for life. To say that her professionalism is impressive is a severe understatement! She didn't raise the bar, she IS the bar!! And she has the most endearing personality to match that highest level of professionalism and knowledge of the insurance business.
