We all hear horror stories of lousy landlords and management companies. However that is not the case with New Castle. We have been really impressed with the quality of technicians they have sent out to resolve problems, the speed at which they have addressed issues and their prompt communication with us. As a tenant we feel heard and well supported. For example our air con was having problems. It was working but not cooling as well as it should. We notified them in the morning and by 2 that same day someone was at our house to fix it. Not only did the technician fix the problem but he also arrived on time and was very knowledgable. Would def recommend this company.
