I’ve visited this location several times, but unfortunately today will be my last visit. I booked a 60-minute massage, but the session felt rushed from start to finish. The masseuse didn’t seem to pay attention to the areas where I had significant tension, particularly in my back, and overall it felt like she wasn’t interested in providing the service. The experience came across as unprofessional and lacked the level of care I’ve come to expect during a massage. After the massage, I paid and left a 20% tip. The masseuse’s demeanor changed immediately, and there was no acknowledgment or appreciation. I thanked her for the massage, but she didn’t respond. Based on my experience, I won’t be returning. There are many other massage establishments that provide a more attentive and professional experience.
I've been receiving massages for years. This is hands down the best massage that I've ever received. She walked on my back. Deep Tissue 60 minutes
Massage lady was friendly but unfortunately my experience was not. Despite my repeated requests for softer massage she went hard and the communication was very challenging. Overall experience was not pleasant or relaxing. Perhaps more suitable for folks looking for tougher massages.
3 Stars - Good Massage but Bad Experience with Forced Tips I’ve visited this place three times. The massage itself is good and every time got dedicated time without wasting anytime, no complaints there. But every time, they pressure me for an unreasonable tip. First visit: They forced me to give a $30 tip on a $65 massage. I told them clearly I won’t give more than $15 next time. Second visit (July 4th): I gave a $15 tip, but the lady demanded $20 just because it was a holiday. That’s not my responsibility. Third visit: I brought $15 for a tip, but again she pressured me for $20, saying she was tired after a 1-hour massage. I paid $65 for the service and $15 tip, and decided not to return. I was planning to come regularly, but now I won’t. A $15 tip on a $65 service is already generous (over 20%). Tips should not be forced on customers. owner: Please fix this behavior if you want to keep regular customers. Your staff is paid to do their job. No customer should feel uncomfortable or pressured to tip more than what’s fair.
The massage was sub par and the lady kept saying that she wanted to do 4 hands for $100 the first time I said no the second time she started mumbling something about the tip and brought the other lady in and they started arguing in Chinese loudly then it was over and I went to pay and they tried forcing a big tip for a crappy massage 10 OUT OF 10 DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
