They got me in right away and the woman who did my massage was so chill, we didn’t speak aside from her telling me where to lay down and when we were finished which is perfect for me. Some places try to have a conversation which takes me out of it but it was very calming and immersive. She had great technique, she did a few minutes of massaging over a towel so I could adjust to the touch, she also put the oil onto her hands instead of directly on my skin so it wasn’t as jarring. Over all a great experience and I can’t wait to return.

We really wish we had read the reviews before stopping by. We walked in and were greeted by a lady on a tablet (she wasn’t there in person). She was nice for about 30 seconds. Asked how many, we answered 2. Asked how long, we said we had a Groupon for a 50 min couples massage. That’s when her entire demeanor changed. She immediately said there was no availability, which was strange because it sure seemed like she was ready to accept us on the spot before we said “Groupon”. We then asked if there was availability for tomorrow or the next day and were told no. So we asked “well then when is your next available appointment?” She responded “next week”. We then said ok, we’d like to make an appointment for next week and she said we would have to call back to check in 3 days prior to when we wanted the appointment. She also said the Groupon was only good for morning appointments, which wasn’t true. It was very clear she had no intention on providing us the service, so we walked out and contacted Groupon for a refund. TLDR… DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON.
My wife and I have been going to New Foot Relax for awhile and have never had a bad massage. We both enjoy the Special Combo D1 from head to toes. It is just good honest massage without costly packages or high pressure sales.
