Customer experiences shared online are mixed. The business has a 4.4 rating from 21 reviews, and individual accounts describe noticeably different visits. Some customers report leaving more comfortable after a massage focused on areas of tension, including the lower back. One person who had strained their back while golfing said the massage helped ease stiffness; another described feeling looser and standing straighter after a session prompted by discomfort from sitting at a computer. These comments may help people seeking a massage for general relaxation or temporary muscle tightness understand what some past customers appreciated.

Other reviews raise concerns about communication, service, and costs. Some customers say they were asked for additional money or an upfront tip, and one reports that the session did not meet expectations after declining an extra charge. Since these reports differ from the positive experiences, it is sensible to ask about the full price, gratuity, session length, and what the massage includes before agreeing to a service. Clear expectations at the beginning can help you decide whether the available option suits your preferences and budget.
