I'm always anxious about dental appointments, but my experience at NewGen Dental was truly wonderful. The staff and Dr. Liane were friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. I usually dread X-rays, but they made them as comfortable as possible with very little discomfort. Dr. Liane explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and was very gentle during the cleaning. They also checked in with me regularly to make sure I was okay. A special thank you to Anh for helping me locate my insurance, explaining my coverage, and letting me know my estimated out-of-pocket cost after insurance. I'm so grateful for such a positive experience and highly recommend NewGen Dental, especially if you're anxious about dental visits!

This is the most chill dental office I’ve been to. It’s very relaxing and I don’t mind waiting for my boyfriend while staying here. The seats are comfortable, the aquarium is very relaxing and somehow makes me sleepy. The front desk people are also friendly. I love it here. I can’t make a comment for dentists and procedures here as I’m not a patient yet but the waiting area is the one I love the most here especially the aquarium.

Front desk tricks you into coming in with misleading information that they are in-network with insurance. Always check with your insurance. Due to obligation they shared the right information when I checked in. This is the quality of service and treatment one should expect here! Don’t be fooled by cleanliness and upkeep of the place. I met a hygienist who could not floss!! I have never had issues flossing. Most times they are chatting among themselves when they are working(cavities, filling) on your teeth! I noticed them not even looking at times and this scares me! I would not do this to myself again!
