This is the worst dentist to go to EVER go to. their customer service is absolutely AWFUL, they are so aggressive even when handling kids. Their lack of professionalism should be studied I do not recommend coming here unless you want to be made fun of for your teeth even if I came back I’d have to be forced. If I were to describe how aggressive they are I would be writing millions of essays. They’re not cleaning your mouth they are jst playing in it. WORST DENTIST EVER.

I scheduled an appointment for my mom five months in advance, confirming over the phone that they accepted our insurance. They seemed pleasant on the call. However, when my mom arrived, the experience was completely different. Although her name was on the schedule, the staff questioned who made the appointment—as if she was lost—and then told her they don’t accept her insurance after all. To make matters worse, they raised their voices at her in front of others, clearly trying to embarrass her. My mom speaks limited English, so we specifically chose this Vietnamese office, hoping for better communication and care. Sadly, that connection didn’t help at all. Extremely disappointing experience. I do not recommend this place. Tuyệt đối đừng đến đây.

this office was very lazy to do their job, not hard-working, we had to do everything for them. They made appointment then they cancelled it because they haven't done nothing with the insurance and primary doctor's referral during the 2-3 months coming up of the appoinment.

Dr. Ngoc Nguyen is an exceptional ophthalmologist who consistently demonstrates a high level of expertise, compassion, and attentiveness. During my eye exam, she detected a tumor in my brain and went above and beyond to ensure I received the best treatment. Thank you very much for saving my life

I take my grandpa to Dr Ngoc’s office for his eye problems. Dr. Ngoc is very nice. Some of the staff and front desk ladies are nice as well but they talk very loud and gossip about other patients. Dr. Ngoc’s assistant has questionable methods. He talks very loud in the patient rooms but doesn’t close the door so you can hear everything in the waiting room. Sometimes there are multiple patients in the same patient room. It is not private at all. When he administers eye exams, he will tell my grandpa what the letters are if my grandpa cannot see the letter (“you can’t see the E?”). Of course at that point my grandpa will know what the letter is if you tell him even though he cannot see it. Dr. Ngoc needs to manage her staff better. They are very unprofessional and probably are violating HIPAA. The office is also not sanitary at all, both during pandemic and after pandemic. The doctor and staff do not sanitize the equipment between patient use. They immediately use it for the next patient. I wonder if they ever clean the equipment at all. Dr. Ngoc put some gel eye ointment on my grandpa’s eye directly from the tube. It’s disgusting to think that she has used it on other patient’s eyes before using it on my grandpa, and then use it on other patients after my grandpa without sanitary measures. As an eye doctor, I would expect more sanitary practices since what she does can cause infection. Wait times are also very long. You can be in the waiting room for over an hour before you get called in. What’s the point of having the appointment time if they don’t see you in a timely manner? I do not recommend this office but we have no choice but to go here due to the limited ophthalmologist doctors in the area.
