The facility was very clean and everyone was extremely helpful. From the front desk to the actual exam I felt valued. The staff is personal but professional ! Steven and Naomi were great at the front desk and answered all of my probing questions. Dr. Monica Bertrand was exceptional in her service and used lay terms to help me fully grasp the results. I will definitely be back !

I called and Naomi answered my call (such a welcoming voice) and set an appointment for me. When I walked in everyone was so friendly and had everything I had to fill out ready for me. It was a very clean and sanitized environment. The Dr. Bertrand was phenomenal!!! Her level of care was through the roof. I have been going to another eye doctor in the same mall for almost 5 years give or take. Not anymore!!! I really appreciate the way I was looked after, and this will be the only place to go for me and my family. Thank you Dr. Bertrand and Naomi!

The staff and doctor were very courteous and professional. The staff made great efforts to answer my insurance questions. After the exam, I received my results promptly. My optometrist was very knowledgeable and professional. She was also very thorough. I would recommend this office.

The doctor and exam were great. I’m really frustrated with this location because even though they said “We always want to make sure our patients know what their cost is at the time of their exam.” They are doing nothing to rectify the situation. I was expecting to pay a small copay at this visit from my understanding of my insurance, and ended up by 3x the amount I expected. There was no communication of any extra co-pay before I went back and when I questioned the payment after my appointment, their only explanation is: “we can not use the materials allowance. There are places where the optical and Dr are joint and therefore can provide you that option, but we can not.” What the office is saying and what my insurance company is saying does not match up. If you’re planning on using this location, just know they likely won’t give you any information before your appointment and won’t do anything to rectify the situation when they didn’t communicate cost before the appointment.

The staff were respectful and professional quickly got me and my daughter examined and the doctor was great with us. Since I visited during the pandemic everything was clean, sanitized and took procaution and they should and let me add they had their masks on the whole time. Great experience would always recommend.
