Sign in to reviewDr. Nguyen has treated my entire family for years. He is excellent and gentle, especially with the children. He is always mindful of the costs and coverage so he recommends a treatment plan accordingly. His staff is excellent about reaching out to schedule appointments. They give timely reminders of upcoming appointments. On several occasions, he recommended alternatives to unnecessary treatments. Our family looks forward to each appointment even if they don't brush and floss as much as they should.
Not a big fan of that front desk receptionist. Now that I seen someone’s review on that receptionist, I know I wasn’t tripping w my first encounter w her over the phone. Not fond of her. I really liked the first 2 girls who were there many yrs ago. I think this front desk receptionist will be the reason why this dentist will lost some of his patients. So w that being said, my son has a new appt as a new patient over at Bell Dental Center.
Personally this was one of the best experiences I've had with a dentist as well as office staff. The dental work provided was with care, They are kind and efficient.

Had a root canal done here,he was not careful at all,he almost poked my eye trying to put sunglasses on me while I had a cotton swab in my mouth and my hand/arms under the apron,he broke my tooth and didn't even acknowledge it!,he just tried to fix it, the nurse just gasped and he just kept going.I have extreme anxiety and I'm scared of dentists,he only made it worse 😔 He kept covering my nose and I couldn't breathe properly as I had water/chlorine/medication in my mouth Half way through the procedure I started to feel a lot of pain, by the 3rd time I tried to mention it,he seemed bothered and actually put some more anesthesia but I could tell he didn't like it cause he grabbed my mouth almost trying to turn it inside out, mind you I couldn't really feel my lmy lips/cheek and still could feel him doing that, he actually made me cry,I had an anxiety attack right there and he just kept going,as he kept working,he ripped/made a hole on the plastic cover and and water, chlorine and some sort of medication came in my mouth and he wouldn't even use the suction thing,I almost choked and had to swallow everything!
