Dr. Nguyen is a great doctor. He listens to my concerns, takes the time to answer my questions, and is always thorough in his care. I appreciate how closely he follows up and how much he cares about his patients. He is knowledgeable, caring, and easy to talk to. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received when calling this clinic to schedule an appointment at approximately 9:28 AM on June 10, 2026. The staff member who answered the phone, a Vietnamese-speaking female receptionist, was rude, impatient, and dismissive throughout the conversation. Her tone was hostile and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome from the moment the call began. I genuinely felt as though she wanted to end the call and discourage me from becoming a patient. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect regardless of my background. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling judged and discriminated against. Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in this clinic and will not be returning. No patient should be treated this way when simply trying to schedule an appointment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional customer service training to ensure future patients are treated with professionalism and respect.

Dr. Uy Nguyen is the best. I have been his patient for many many years. He is very thorough, friendly, respectful, honest and professional. I moved to another state but I still come to his practice for my yearly check-up.
Spoke to receptionist Eva or Ava and she was very rude. The first time I called she started the call with “hello” without mentioning the name of the practice then hung up while I was talking. I called a second time and she was not helpful at all and had a horrible attitude.
