Office is so disorganized and busy so Prior Authorizations take forever and you have to call and follow up since insurance never gets anything from the office. Multiple attempted calls and busy signals half of the time at this office. They are money hungry and only want to book as money patients as possible and disregard following up with less profitable appointments or processes.
I am a 42-year-old man who had been under the care of Dr. Ha for more than a decade until I switched to a new family doctor a few months ago. Throughout those years with Dr. Ha, I underwent annual blood tests and check-ups. During this time, she consistently reviewed my blood test results and affirmed my good health. However, since transitioning to my new doctor, there has been a significant development. While examining my blood test results from the previous year, she promptly identified abnormalities in my kidney function. Specifically, the protein levels and Albumin were unusually high. Upon further investigation, she observed that my past years' results also exhibited these high levels. As a result, my current doctor has raised the possibility of me being in the early stages of chronic kidney disease, possibly stage 2. I am currently awaiting the results of this year's blood tests. Your thoughts and prayers during this time are greatly appreciated. I believe it's important to share my experience with Dr. Ha's current patients and those seeking a new family doctor. Our health journeys are intricate and unique, and early detection can be a game-changer. Let's all strive to maintain our well-being.
Our family are long time patients of Dr Nguyen. Some of her staff are rude and not helpful. Ms Thanh has been there for several years. My impression about her is she does not have a kind heart for the sick patients and always tries to give you a hard time. I'm taking care of a old, immobile mother who fell and needed an emergency surgery for her fractured arm. Her surgery required a blood work, EKG and clearance from Dr Nguyen as a protocol. Since it's emergency and we're given only a few days for the surgery, we contacted the office and were answered by Ms Thanh, she immediately gave us hard time why we don't make appointment ahead (I wish I knew about this surgery in advance). As part of a health care team, she should understand there're emergency situations and make priority for old, sick, wheelchair bound patients. If she ever has to take care of such a family member, she should know how it is. I understand they're a busy office, they don't need patients but not because of that that Thanh and Julia have the right to treat sick old immobile patients in such a rude and unpleasant manner. I'm a pharmacist myself. This season we're overwhelmed with more than 60 vaccines appointments each day but I just can't turn away the old sick customers when they walk in. Thanh and Julia need to have a kinder heart to take care of sick customers. Turned away by them, we called another location and got the blood work and EKG done right away the same day. The most important thing is we're treated with a much more courteous and understanding manner. I'm always turned off by Thanh's unhappy face when I need a service at Dr Nguyen's office !
Disgusting, disrespectful Doctor, I don't know how she became a doctor. She lacks empathy and ethics being a doctor. She used to treat patients with respect and open arms but, as you get comfortable she becomes a snake. She only cares about …
Dr Nguyen Ngoc Ha is our family doctor. Who is the best Primary care doctor that we have gone to. We're impressed by her knowledge & experiences, she is willing to explain and share her opinions to clients without hesitate or annoying by our concerns, (like others) . The best thing about her is very respectful and responsible to clients 👏 ❤. I think it is one of the most important part of client's expectations. Thank you Dr Hà for all the help you've done to my family.
