Sign in to reviewShes a great Dr she came in on her day off to treat me after surgery. I started bleeding 2 weeks after it's been yrs sense last did surgery Im over 60 now and the healing has taken longer. I highly recommend her She deserves 100 starzzzz
I took my 93 years old mother here for the first time. Dr. Nguyen was gentle and patient with my mom. She was respectful when communicating with my mother in Vietnamese and with me in English. I’m glad I found Dr. Thanh Van Nguyen on my own. My mother’s primary doctor referred her to a different ENT doctor. I would take Dr. Thanh Van Nguyen as my own ENT doctor if she accepted SCAN insurance. Thank you Dr. Nguyen.
My last two visits went well. I really liked this doctor until today. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what! I explained to her my ear was still blocked after 8+ weeks and I was concern about the Tornwaldt cyst that was seen on my MRI. I continue to have several symptoms including new symptoms She got extremely upset and told me I was disrespecting her. I was stunned to say the least. She tried to suction out a layer of ear wax and HIT my ear drum. It was painful and she got mad at me! She refused to continue. She handed me syringes and told me to do it myself at home. I’m extremely disappointed in her behavior. I was the one disrespected.
Had an appointment with Dr. Nguyen after battling a bad cold virus and ear infection. This endured for a month, I am getting better however my ears are badly plugged interfering with my hearing. Dr. Nguyen was pleasant, conducted a thorough exam and assured me a full recovery was coming soon. She conversed with me on a level I could easily understand taking time to answer all of my questions. I am definitely keeping her contact info and highly recommend her if you are in need of an Otolaryngologist (ENT).
Absolutely amazing doctor! She is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything. I have felt very well cared for and that she truly wants to help me resolve many of the issues I’ve been facing with my ears and nose. If you need an ENT I truly believe that she is one of the BEST doctors and I would highly recommend her!
