Sign in to reviewIf I could give negative stars, I would. I took my mom to this doctor because our relative was his friend and referred him. His office was old with outdated equipment. It's located inside a run-down building with one bathroom that has no toilet paper and non-working lights. He charged a lot and had only one person who worked part-time. Therefore, he would usually stop in the middle of his procedures to pick up the phone and book appointments for callers. What kind of practice is that? When I told him about it, he didn't care. Because I thought he charged a reasonable price, I continued to take my mom there. My mom's a cash patient and he kept giving out the price of $980 for almost very procedure. One day I decided to call my dentist for a quote and realized his price was much lower. My dentist also didn't recommend replacing my mom's set of dentures (which was recommended by the scamming dentist and would have cost us $3,500). William Nguyen takes advantage of the patients' trust to overcharge them. Please help yourself by choosing a good doctor and receive the right care for the right price.
