I have been a patient here for half a year, although I do not have health insurance. The prices and services here are quite cheap. Most of the patients are Vietnamese, and the doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable. On November 10, 2025, my wife and I attended a free health fair. We came here to measure blood sugar, cholesterol, bone density and have a free eye exam. We also received free reading glasses, pens, bags, bottled water and milk tea. In addition, some services also provide insurance documents, health care, thermometers. They also organize raffles and nutritious lunches. I will introduce Nhan Hoa's model of care and examination to the community. I think community activities like this should be more popular.

This place is full of a liars. I was told by a lady that my doctor approved transferring my prescriptions. When I tried to pickup my prescription, it turns out they never transferred it. I would go elsewhere that's more honest.

Be careful not to be scammed by this clinic. The first time, we wanted to see a family doctor but were scheduled with a Nurse Practitioner without being told up front. We learned from that mistake. On the second incident, we specifically requested a Psychiatrist for a family member and emphasized—multiple times—that we wanted to see a Doctor, not a Nurse. Despite our repeated calls and confirmations, the clinic still set us up with a Nurse Practitioner. We only realized this after the appointment had already started. This lack of transparency and misleading scheduling is unacceptable. Patients have the right to know exactly who they will be seeing before an appointment is made.

Nhan Hoa Community Clinic should review the organization of its dental department. Half of the patients coming to Nhan Hoa are for dental check-ups and treatments, yet there are currently only two dentists (there used to be three). The patient load is overwhelming, causing appointment wait times of one month or more, even for those suffering from severe tooth pain. The nurse only says: “Wait for your appointment” or “If the pain is too bad, go to the emergency room.” If going to the ER were that simple, why would patients come to Nhan Hoa at all? Couldn’t they offer more helpful guidance? Patients are forced to seek temporary treatment elsewhere just to relieve their pain. Ideally, they should be examined and treated directly at Nhan Hoa, because they trust the dentists here — not to hear meaningless responses or be left suffering while waiting for an appointment. Even when patients ask to be “worked in” for an earlier visit, it is useless, because the dentists are overloaded and the nurse does not accept any extra patients beyond the schedule. Those with dental pain must still either wait or go elsewhere temporarily instead of being treated right away at Nhan Hoa. People with dental pain need immediate care, not a test of endurance!

Came in for an eye exam because there was extreme swelling and superficial scratches to my eyes. They get me registered, called in within 2 minutes and out within 30 mins with antibiotic eyedrops. I’m so grateful for the support and staff here! Highly recommend
