The specialty here revolves around traditional bánh mì, crafted with crusty baguettes packed with classic savory ingredients. Frequent guests gravitate toward the signature #1 bánh mì thịt nguội, a staple combination featuring Vietnamese cold cuts, rich liver pâté, mayonnaise, crisp pickled daikon and carrots, and fresh herbs. Other patrons appreciate the balance of savory meats and generous smears of pâté tucked inside freshly baked French-style loaves. Priced affordably in the range of seven to nine dollars, these sandwiches offer a filling and flavorful option whether you are grabbing a solitary quick bite or picking up a batch of sandwiches for family and coworkers.

7$ for a banh mi thit, but it came with lots of meat and pate. Probably one if not the best banh mi in Eden Center. The wait can be long but its worth it.

My mother who is Vietnamese came in for a banh mi thit nguoi. She stated that it was salty and asked if they could remake it. When they brought it out, they basically acted like they wanted to throw it at her. Disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.

I got the #1 bahn mi for $8. I was the only customer and I had to wait while the employee chatted with a friend. The bahn mi took a long time to be prepared too. As for the bahn mi itself…it was very small compared to the bahn mi sold in the other shops at Eden center. The bahn mi didn’t taste all that special either; just your average bahn mi. Given the price, it’s not worth it to get the bahn mi here.

Excellent Bahn Mi for $9. I got the #1. I randomly found this place when I was craving a "sub" and searched it in my surrounding area on Google Maps. Highly recommend giving it a try.

Decent banh mi. Got the classic banh mi and it was ok. Not enough pate, but overall was fresh. It does give you a longer banhmi for 7 bucks but not enough filling. Still prefer huong binh bakery over this.
