Nike Clearance Store - Pasadena

Got me a nice pair for Nike’s for myself for 29.99 today. A few weeks ago, I got my daughter a pair for $14.99

Great shop! Valentina was helping me find the best shoe for me. She was very patient when she helped me. I appreciate her and will be coming back for some jackets. Thank you again Valentina!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Nike Clearance Store definitely deserves 5 stars! First and foremost, the employees here are absolutely awesome. Every single staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and respectful—they treat everyone equally and make the shopping experience genuinely enjoyable. Big kudos to the hiring manager, because the team here is top-notch. The store has a decent collection of shoes at good prices. While you shouldn’t expect rock-bottom deals, you’ll still find solid discounts and quality products. It’s a great place to shop if you’re looking for Nike gear without paying full retail. Overall, it’s a well-run store with a great vibe. Highly recommend!

I would just like to say I know and understand this is a clearance store. With that being said they need to train their employees better. I made a purchase of about $130.00. Once at the register I asked the person if I was able to exchange since I was buying stuff for my kids and was not sure if it would fit. A few weeks later I go to exchange one of the items and I was told I was not able to do that. Now I am stuck with an item that I paid $30 for and my kid is not able to wear. I was willing to exchange for something more expensive and pay the difference but the manager said there was nothing she can do.

This store has really gone down hill over the years. I came in last week to buy a pair of shoes for the gym & asked the associate which she would recommend for starting out at the gym because I don’t want to buy the wrong pair. I bought the pair she told me she recommended because her “girlfriend has a pair” not anything about the type of shoe or why it would be good. Within 2 workouts I had terrible blisters, & the trainers mentioned they weren’t for running or training but more a style shoe. I called the store to see if I could get some type of store credit since they don’t do returns/exchanges because I only bought the shoes off of the recommendation I received in the store. I tried everything to make it work with a manager (Kourtney) over the phone & with an snarky tone was told “our goal is to push product out of the store not bring them” ??? You would think a store would want to make it right with a customer they gave a bad service too but apparently not. The store definitely has cheap deals but it offsets with associates acting like they can’t hear you when you say excuse me for help in the store, have a lazy service & have no knowledge of the product to give correct recommendations to their customers.
