would avoid this place at all costs. I drove 40 minutes to get there and paid for a nanny so I could make my appointment. My reservation was instantly confirmed through ClassPass, and I was charged for the service. However, when I arrived, the staff simply checked their phone and told me they hadn’t noticed the reservation. They said the appointment was actually at 2 PM and that they hadn’t had a chance to check their messages since the previous day. Trying to be understanding, I asked if I could receive any other service for the same value, such as a facial, since I had already driven all the way there and paid for childcare. They told me they had another specialist available but refused to accommodate me or offer any alternative service. To make matters worse, they were unable to refund me because they “didn’t know how” to process the refund through ClassPass. As a result, I ended up paying for a service I never received and now have to spend additional time dealing with third-party claims to get my money back. This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. Customers should not be charged for services that the business fails to honor. I would not return and cannot recommend this business.

I've been having massages for back pain for years Amy and Mimi always do an amazing job. Also had tennis elbow, doc said a year before it was fixed. Yee did acupuncture and OMG it was cured in 4 visits. Also, Mimi does the best pedicures in the world, even when I wait too long and have a bit of an ingrown toenail, she gets it out. I love this place and there are no better people in town. They are honest and most of all they care about their clients.

I never leave reviews but this massage deserved one. I booked through classpass which comes out to roughly $60 for an hr long massage. You’re basically getting the same quality service for half the price as somewhere like milk and honey.During this time my massage therapist applied the perfect amount of pressure with lots of varied movements, including gentle stretching of my arms, hips, and feet and really working out my problem areas with deep muscle work.I didn’t realize the hot stones were included but that was an amazing bonus. He ended up going over by a few minutes and was committed to doing a good job the entire session, even toward the end. I’ve gotten a lot of massages and this ranks in the top five. You also get hot tea at the end. Will be coming back often!

People r nice, but do not go for manicure! This is not their specialty. I could have done the same thing at home myself😞. I would assume the same for pedicure. Wasn't hygienic either. …

Wonderful little spot in central Austin. Dr. Yen and Mimi really have a special touch and are so genuinely caring. I've been getting acupuncture from Dr. Yen for several months now, and I've been consistently impressed with the results and level of care he provides. I've also been getting salon services from his wife Mimi and am always happy. I definitely recommend this place. It's high-quality, affordable, and accessible. I just call and make an appointment.
