He even showed me the products they use, confirming that they are indeed new and that there are no hidden tricks with their service, giving me peace of mind knowing I had made a good decision in choosing this workshop. It's worth mentioning that the customer service is extremely attentive and personalized, and in fact, if you're a woman, I highly recommend going to them and asking for Mr. Victor. He explains things in a way that makes even complex mechanical concepts easy to understand, and you can feel safe knowing they won't try to deceive you. Dont know whats been going since the shop changed owners but its been going down hill from what Ive seen. I saw the mechanic victor watching YouTube videos on how to make repairs and that's kind of sketchy if they're supposed to know on how to fix the problems on vehicles. He's a crappy mechanic who didnt fix my car right so i had to go to another shop.The prices also have gone up and its almost as if they're overcharging. In all honesty, I think crugnales was alot better.

Brought my truck to get brake system repaired. Office guy Mark was more knowledgeable than the mechanic. It seemed mechanic was utilizing YOU TUBE to help diagnose and fix issue. Repair was completed and have had no issues with brake system.

Crugnale’s is a top-notch mechanic shop. They are 1000% honest and will stand behind their work 1000%. Crugnale’s has worked on all 3 of my vehicles and has done work for several personal friends of mine and nobody has had anything but great things to say about them.
