NōKA Ramen & Bar

This is easily my new favorite ramen spot and it's not even close. Great ramen selections or build your own adventure to flavor town, tikki drinks inspired by your favorite anime, dog-friendly patio for my hotdog Disqó aka @oaklanddachcam, and outstanding service. The team goes above and beyond by dressing up like anime characters. That spicy Miso broth, over level 9000 out of 10🤌🏾Thank you so much for the experience. Went here with my fiancé and we both got the Tempura Ramen and got a plate of Gyoza to share. The Tempura was very good and the broth was amazing. Absolutely loved the broth although I tend to not like some broths and the Gyoza was good but especially with the soy sauce it made it amazing. The plating looked very nice and the environment looked very comforting and lovely. It had fake plants that looks very nice, pokémon, and some anime playing on a TV but no sound just music which was nice. The Super Saiyan drink my fiancé got which looked very pretty and he said tasted very good although he doesn't like to drink much. The person who served us was amazing and very kind, the servers made sure they refilled our water every time we drank from it, they were also very comforting and nice which is great for me as I have social/general anxiety and they made me feel very comfortable and safe there by the way they responding when I said sorry or such they would make sure to know that it's okay whether making a change to remove something from my order or something else. I loved it here food, environment and people wise! Even though it costed $85ish dollars for what we got it definitely was worth it.

Had a good lunch on a chilly, breezy day with exceptional service. A waiter opened the door as I approached the entrance and welcomed me in with the rest of the team echoing and got me seated quickly. A waitress gave me water before I scanned the QR code for the menu. I ordered the spicy miso ramen - good portions and flavor that left me warm and satisfied without feeling like it was heavy, even after consuming most of the broth. The marinated egg was also very well cooked with the yolk not runny and not fully cooked and the flavors seeping even from deep inside. The check came quickly and a waitress opened the door for me as I made my way to leave. This was the best service I've had in a restaurant in years.

All the food here is great! The ramen is excellent. The pork belly melts in your mouth and the egg is so flavorful. The place is very nicely decorated and the anime theme is great! Staff is very nice.

A fun, amazing place not necessarily but especially if you are an anime fan. Servers are friendly, and their smiles will make this places’ atmosphere even better. Food tasted great, however, a bit light in portion.
