Very friendly staff! Went for 2nd opinion. Had oral surgery from dr Molly. Everything went smoothly. Price point was very competitive. I will be switching to them for my regular dental procedures. Highly recommended.

The dr was very nice. I wanted to get my teeth zoomed which they do not offer at this office. I told them that over and over the front desk lady kept pushing and push pushing this whitening trays that are already made on me. It was $84 and some change. I really didn’t wanna do it, but she wouldn’t stop bragging about how well they worked. I got home and did it the first night the second day I tried to do it. It wouldn’t even stick to my teeth the third day my gum started hurting automatically and stinging, and my Gums are now bleached white. I’m not happy with the turn out of my teeth. I didn’t even get to whiten them as many days as I’m supposed to and the whitening does not work as well as Zoom like I wanted to get in the first place.

I was met with an unfriendly welcome when I checked in for my appointment. The dental assistant doing the x rays didn't seem to be proficient at her job as she used the x ray mouth piece too large for my mouth. It was very uncomfortable and when I voiced that it didn't feel right she just adjusted the piece to where it was before it slipped out of place and told me to bite down. A couple times she had me hold it in place. She also did not provide me with a lead protector for the x rays. The dentist came in briefly poked at my teeth and left. The hygienist came in and measured my gums. She quickly explained to me that I have gingivitis and a filling had fallen out speaking so quickly that I could barely understand her. This whole process took an hour and I didn't even get a cleaning. I was informed that I would have to come back for a cleaning another time and that even with insurance it would cost more than it should have. Overall it felt like a scam and I will not be returning.

Yesterday was the second time my grand daughter had an appointment here. Her previous orthodontist was closed down and she was transferred to this establishment. The first visit went very good. No complaints. Staff was welcoming and kind. This visit yesterday wasn’t at all. My grand daughter was questioned by an older man in his 60’s about why she was there and had to get confirmation from a lady at the front desk that she’s been transferred from the previous place. Then he proceeded to very roughly remove two brackets from two front teeth and replace them and add the back brackets to the molars and actually sliced the back of her mouth. He was very rude and very shaky while doing this/ when the Dr came in after the brackets that were placed on the back molars had popped off so the Dr had to re do those. Very frustrating that this was the treatment my grand daughter received on our second experience here.
