Luis, TeddyBear, Hector and Camiliscious, as well as Brant, were as down to earth, informative, considerate personable and professional as ever I have experienced. I am literally amazed at the 30+ years of experience between Teddy and Hector alone. Then to mention the Luis energy and thorough working knowledge of the Land Rover vehicles and repairs necessary to keep my 2008 Range Rover Sport Autobiography series vehicle running smoothly. Honesty and integrity are common in their doing business. I have to drive 25 miles each way to get to them… this shop, and these guys working in it are worth the trip!

Best car service experience I’ve ever had — my car is still there awaiting insurance payment, and that delay has nothing to do with the shop because they’ve been super fast and efficient. The team at Texas North British Land Rover has been amazing from the start. Lewis is outstanding — extremely knowledgeable about Land Rovers and always keeps me informed on the status of my vehicle, including clear updates on what my insurance is saying and covering. That level of communication makes the whole process much less stressful. On top of that, the owner even took the time to personally introduce herself, which really shows how much they care about their customers. Highly recommend — professional, transparent, and top-tier service.

Been bringing my Rovers to these guys for over 15 years. I am on my 3rd and 4th. Way more affordable with less hassle than other places. Allen and Christopher have a great respect for these legendary vehicles as well as their owners and drivers. They always do quality work with excellent service!

I was in the middle of a 1300mi roadtrip while towing when my Range Rover threw a performance restricted fault. The team at North Texas British quickly found the problem and had me on the road within a few hours & I continued with no hassle. Im not from Dallas but will definitely recommend their shop.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I only wish I found them sooner. After an 8 month nightmare fiasco with my local dealership I sought out Land Rover experts.....and that is exactly what I found. Major engine and suspension repairs were needed. I drove 6 hours to take my Ranger Rover here and left it for repairs. In just a couple of weeks they repaired everything the dealership could not (The dealership literally tried for 8 months)...NTB was really fast for the amount of work needed. They really went above and beyond for me. They were willing to work with my extended warranty company and even helped me with the dealership nightmare. It couldn't have been easier. Today I drove the 6 hours back to Amarillo with ZERO issues. It runs like new and they even detailed it. I think it was cleaner than the day I got it. If you own a Land Rover, you shouldn't let anyone but these guys take care of it for you. Thanks again NTB!!
