I had a fantastic experience buying my vehicle from this car dealer. The staff were honest, patient, and very supportive throughout the entire process. They made sure I understood every detail before finalizing the purchase. The whole process was simple and comfortable.

This repair shop’s owner has terrible service, and the green Interstate Batteries battery they sold me was junk. I spent over 200 bucks there on a brand-new battery, and just a little over a month later the car was completely dead and wouldn’t start. I hadn’t even driven it for three days. At first, I thought it was because of the cold weather. Then it got even worse. After only two days without driving, yesterday the car wouldn’t start at all—not even with a jump starter. And the weather now has been hot, so temperature clearly wasn’t the issue. I went back to the shop. They tested the battery, saw the results, and had nothing to say—so they replaced it on the spot. All last for 5 minutes. But then they tried to charge me a $50 labor fee. I calmly argued for less than 20 seconds, just saying that this was clearly a product quality issue, and asked if they could waive the labor fee. That’s when the owner—an older Asian woman—completely snapped. Her eyes went wide and she started screaming at me like a demon: “The battery is free, but labor MUST be charged!” It was honestly terrifying. I was so shocked that all I could say was, “Don’t shout at me.” Lesson learned. From now on, I’ll just go to AutoZone. At least there, people are polite, always smiling, and installation is free when you buy their products. The $300+ I spent in this repair shop—plus another $90 towing fee—I’ll just count as a hard lesson learned. I will definitely stay far away from this shop in the future.

The waiting area and overall workshop organization felt professional. Cars were properly parked and labeled, and I didn’t feel confused about where my vehicle was during service. That level of order made the experience more comfortable.

The lady that works there is very rude as hell. I asked them to check my tires because my pressure was low. One of the other workers told another person that worked there to check my tires because he wasn’t going to do it. The worker was coming with the tire inflator and the rude lady told him not to put the air in the tires. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years getting my cars fixed here. I am very disappoint and don’t appreciate being hollered at. I will never go back there.

Good experience. I came for a state emission pass. It took less than 10 minutes and they were all professional. It was less than $20
