I’ve been going to Northrich Automotive for the past 3 years, and they’ve always taken great care of my vehicle. The team is responsive, respectful, and gets things done efficiently every time. They really give that family-oriented feel, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers—not just the work. I’m relocating for the military, so it’s honestly hard to leave a shop I trust this much. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good, reliable people to take care of their car. Northrich Auto is the absolute best! I’ve been coming here for the better part of 25+ years. They are a family owned business and they are all so incredibly nice. The front desk staff are so friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Even though I’m not terribly knowledgeable about cars, I can always trust Northrich staff to be honest and only recommend services that are truly needed. They all know me by name, and they are trustworthy. If you do wait while your car is being repaired, be prepared to be there for probably a couple of hours, sometimes more. But they have a comfortable waiting room and there’s free coffee or water, as well as free WiFi for customers!

Brought a 2021 Toyota Tacoma with 53K miles into Northrich for a purchase evaluation. Dustin and the team got me in the same day, and provided a very thorough inspection report that identified short, medium, and long-term considerations for the vehicle for the cost of $175. Excellent and honest feedback from technical experts!

Go here if you have a Dodge (Or any!) vehicle! Dustin, Aaron, and Eric were personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The whole staff seemed great. I’m quite untrusting after some unsavory experiences with other mechanics, but my experience with these gentlemen was nothing but pleasant!

I stumbled upon Northrich by accident and I’m very glad I did! They provided a comprehensive inspection on my truck, my wife’s car and are now working on my son’s car. My wife dropped her car off in the middle of the day and Northrich provided a Uber back to our home…very nice touch. I’ve primarily dealt with Ryan who’s honest, responsive and very friendly. Unlike a lot of full-service garages, the reception and waiting areas are very clean and inviting. The owner of the company even test drive my truck after the repairs had been completed. I couldn’t recommend Northrich Automotive more highly and that’s where all my cars will be serviced from now on!
