5 stars I had an excellent first experience with Northwest Imports. I recently purchased a 2014 Porsche Boxster S and brought it to Northwest for a baseline inspection and service after an independent PPI. Bob and the crew were outstanding. They reviewed my service records, inspected the car carefully, communicated clearly, and helped me prioritize what actually needed attention versus what could simply be monitored. They performed an oil service, PDK fluid service, and coolant pressure test, and confirmed the car was in excellent condition with no unnecessary upselling. What impressed me most was their honesty. I asked about replacing the battery because of its possible age, and Bob told me it tested well and replacing it now would basically be taking my money. That kind of candor builds trust quickly. Bob and the team were professional, thorough, and clearly experienced with Porsche service. They also took the time to discuss the convertible top operation and gave practical advice rather than pushing unnecessary diagnostic time. I left feeling confident that I had found the right local shop to help maintain the car. Highly recommend Northwest Imports.

We had a lot of maintenance needed to be done on a family member’s 2007 Honda Accord. Called NW Imports got a day and time bring in the car. They checked everything out, gave us details of what needed to be done, prioritized each item in four or five categories of importance, and priced each. We had all the work done and the car now drives great, runs smooth and they even saved us money off their original quote! Also we had a quote from the dealer and they beat that price a lot! Work done on time and stayed in touch with us throughout!
